Just another place that tells you to install expensive lift kits to achieve a basic alignment. 20 years ago they straightened frames on mud rigs but guess it's all lifted mall runners now. Maybe the guy up front just doesnt turn wrenches but I'll probably never find out

I had Merle’s do a front wheel alignment on my older 1 ton dually. I had a great experience. They were very friendly. They got me right in and completed the work quickly. They did an excellent job. I would absolutely recommend them and won’t hesitate to have them do work for me in the future.

Had lower control arms and 4 new Michelin tires installed on our 2001 Infiniti i30 and couldn't be happier. Car was ready for pick-up when they said it would be and saved me around $600 to $800 from estimates I received from other shops for the same tires and control arm installation. Staff was super friendly.

I came in to get an alignment. What I got before the alignment was a quote for $1300 in recommended repairs, including 2 ball joints on 1 side, and repacking the front bearings. The problem is, just 6 months prior, all 4 ball joints were replaced, and just 2 days prior, I had an ASE Master Tech examine the front end, and he repacked the front wheel bearings, and tightened them to proper specs (right in front of me.) When I told them these things they doubled down on backing their quote. I opted instead to do a "best possible alignment", paid under $100, and returned to the ASE Master Tech. When I told him he said in surprise "well, how did they do an alignment if so much was wrong underneath?" To his experience with many shops, he said "If there is that much wrong with it, then a good shop would refuse to do the alignment until all of those things were repaired, as those would affect the alignment outcome!" Merles is a sham. This is why they want an $85 fee to check your alignment, when others do it for free. My ASE Master Tech has been a solid and highly reputable tech for decades and I've seen his ethics and standards stay solid all those years. He has rebuilt whole front ends an

I had my Ram 3500 dually leveled and added new 20" wheels and Open Country AT3 tires. Big thanks to Mike for getting me into the right components at a great price. The installation & alignment is excellent and I'm very pleased with the results.
